We will assist you in defining your experiment, explaining the onsite or mail-in options and issuing your quote tailored to measure. In case of multiple experiments, we can provide an open quotation based on our annual price list. There is no obligation to purchase a minimum or maximum amount of beam time. This reduces paperwork and allows you to benefit from quarterly invoicing.

Once you have validated the quote, depending on your chosen access mode, here is a quick guide on how to start the admin process.

The four different access modes are the following:

• On-site Commercial Beamtime (IN, Non-Structural Biology)
• Mail-In Commercial Beamtime (IM, Non-Structural Biology)
• Remote Access/On-site Commercial Beamtime (IX, Structural Biology)
• Mail-In Commercial Beamtime (FX, Structural Biology)
