ERC at the ESRF

European Research Council (ERC) grants are awarded for investigator-driven frontier research in Europe, on the basis of scientific excellence. The ESRF hosts several ERC grants, which are either led by ESRF scientist or ESRF long-term users and based on the use of the new capabilities of ESRF-Extremely Brilliant Source. These projects aim to carry out breakthrough research of the highest impact and thus contribute to advancing knowledge and addressing global challenges.

To meet our ERC scientists and find out about their projects, please see the ESRF ERC Grant brochure.
