Pre-registration

Registration for the High pressure school will proceed in the following way:

Each participant should pre-register by ** Sunday 30th November** through the ESRF events page (click on the title of this page).

You need an ESRF user account to do so, if you want to create an account go here  and choose as "create a new account" ).

For the HP school registration you will have to provide a short Curriculum Vitae (current affiliation, current position and education).

The notification of acceptance for the school will be sent by mid December to all applicants.

All successful candidates should confirm before end of December.

Final registration and payment deadline: 16th January.

You will be able to send a poster title via the electronic registration.

Final registration

for selected candidates (after notification of acceptance), lecturers and exhibitors.

The registration fee is 380 € .

It is to be paid in the final registration by 16th January 2026. It is possible to register first and proceed with the payment later.

This price includes:

  • accommodation in the guesthouse on the epn campus
  • lunches, coffee breaks and aperitifs
  • Wednesday evening social dinner

The participants should make their own travel arrangements which are not paid for by the ESRF.
