Practicalities

Free accommodation at the on site Guesthouse will be provided for all participants during their stay in Grenoble. You will receive a confirmation mail with your reservation after the registration deadline. All practical information concerning the Guesthouse can be found on the EPN Campus website. Please note that for security reasons, the Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons. Moreover, children under the age of 16 are not allowed on site at all.

The Guesthouse reception is open from 07:00 to 18:00 (from 7h00 to 12h00 on weekends and holidays). Outside of these Guesthouse reception opening hours, you will receive your room key at the site entrance.

A subsidized canteen card for meals on the EPN site will also be provided.

All participants will receive fixed financial support in form of a gross allowance of approximately 500 euros which we expect will help you cover travelling costs and living costs while in Grenoble. Please note that this allowance is paid at the end of your stay.

Travel to and from Grenoble will have to be organised by the participants themselves. Grenoble is easily accessible by train and bus from Lyon airport, and there are also direct TGV trains from Paris (see Travelling to EPN site). Tram B joins the Avenue des Martyrs to Grenoble centre in 15 minutes (tram stop: Oxford).

In a few justified cases, additional support may be granted upon request.
