Presentations

The oral presentations including questions will last :

  • 20 + 5 minutes for keynotes
  • 12 + 3 minutes for all other speakers
Please check the progamme for the duration of your talk.

You might find the Abstract Template useful for your presentation. This guide on how to use the template could also be of use.

Please submit your abstract via the registration form before 14th September. You can register first and submit it later.
 

Posters

PhD students of first and second year and post-docs who do not give a talk are expected to present a poster.

The title of your poster must be specified in the registration form. You will be attributed a panel number.
You don't submit an abstract for your poster presentation !

The poster panels available to fix your posters have the following dimensions: 110 cm high x 85 cm wide (the generic A0 poster format). Please check that your poster fits into this format. Velcro taps will be provided to hang up the posters.

Poster titles should be submitted by 31st July 2025.
