Accommodation

Rooms in the on site EPN campus guesthouse are available for all participants for a maximum of 4 nights (from 17th to 21st March 2026).

All practical information concerning the Guesthouse can be found on the EPN Campus website.
 

Please note that for security reasons, the Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons. Moreover, children under the age of 16 are not allowed on site at all.

The Guest House reception is open from 07:00 to 18:00.
Outside the Guest House reception opening hours, you will receive your room key at the site entrance.

You will receive a confirmation mail with your reservation after the registration deadline.

Participants who do not wish to be accommodated at the Guesthouse must make their own accommodation arrangements. This table presents a list of hotels with which we are accustomed to work, conveniently located in the center of Grenoble, near bus and tram stops or near the train station. Participants must contact the hotel by e-mail preferably, and mention the ESRF negotiated prices. The hotel costs will be at your own charge.

Note

Tram B joins the Avenue des Martyrs to Grenoble centre in 15 minutes, therefore the ESRF is easily accesible from hotels in the town centre.
