Poster sessions and prizes

The Poster Sessions will take place on Thursday 1 July  (14:30 – 15:30 CEST) and Friday 2 July  (12:00 – 13:00 CEST).

Several best poster prizes  (150 euros each) will be awarded at the end of the meeting.

The number of posters will be limited to 50 and priortity will be given to early career scientists (including PhD students and postdocs).

This symposium will be organised using a virtual event platform and (selected) participants will be able to create customized virtual poster booths (see example on the picture below).

● All booths support text chat and 1:1 text, video and audio chat
● Booths can display a variety of materials:
- Logos
- Recorded video
- Images
- Text
- URLs
- Resources and files including downloadable PDFs
- Presentations (slides)
● The virtual event platform will provide poster exhibitors support including poster booth building guides, videos, and “drop in” classes 3 days/week.
