The incident beam can be reconstructed using a reference sample (Siemens star) online during the experiment using the PyNX software package.

For Coherence based experiments, we typically recommend the following beam configurations.

Bragg CDI: CRL beam 500nm - 2microns in size, up to 5E10ph/s

Bragg Ptychography: FZP beam 200x200nm, KB beam 200x200nm, 5E9 - 5E10ph/s

Several data analysis tools are available for users.

Bragg CDICDIUTILS or GWAIHIR provide pre and post processing and pipelines which exploit the PyNX software package.

Bragg Ptychography: EasyBragg braggptycho package made available by the LEAPS INNOV EasyBragg funded project “Implementation of user-friendly 3D Bragg ptychography at synchrotron sources- EASYBRAGG”
