Data Acquisition & Software
Data collection and data storage
Like all MX beamlines at ESRF, the FIP2 data are automatically loaded on the /data drives and pre-processed on the ESRF servers.

Data reduction / analysis
In addition to the ESRF HPC servers, a powerfull processing PC is available on FIP2. You can perform data reduction / analysis. Available software are XDS, xdsme and MOSFLM. Usual data processing suites (CCP4) are also available.
If you are using the inline photo-spectrometer, you can analyse your data using the in-house software available here: https://github.com/ncara/icOS
How to thank BM07-FIP2 into your papers:
For ESRF beamtime (MXiiii experiments)
We acknowledge the ESRF (Grenoble, France) for provision of synchrotron radiation beamtime on beamline BM07-FIP2, supported by the French ANR PIA3 (France 2030) EquipEx+ project MAGNIFIX under grant agreement ANR-21-ESRE-0011.
[Optional: We thank xxx and/or yyy for support during the experiment.]
For French MX beamtime (A07-1-ii experiments)
We acknowledge the French Biology/Health Panel Review Committee for provision of synchrotron radiation beamtime at the ESRF (Grenoble, France) on beamline BM07-FIP2, supported by the French ANR PIA3 (France 2030) EquipEx+ project MAGNIFIX under grant agreement ANR-21-ESRE-0011.
