Animal Samples
A full and detailed description of the animal and/or animal tissue preparation must be sent to the ESRF Safety Group for all animal samples.
Users must provide a veterinary certificate which guarantees the origin, nature of the tissue, its pathology and its conservation and containment.
The nature of the sample, the conservation mode and the containment measures must ensure that there is no risk of contamination when the sample is handled at the ESRF.
All this information must be noted in the risk analysis form (RAF) and sent to the Safety Group at least one month before the start of the experimental session.
Special case of animal samples from countries outside the European Union

|
This form must be submitted, by the ESRF, to the French authorities at least 2 months before the experiment is due to take place at the ESRF. |
|
| Once completed, please send the form by email to the Safety Group. | |
