Dear users of the ESRF-EMBL Joint Structural Biology Group beamlines,

During our last BAG meeting, a request was made to distribute our questions in the form of an online questionnaire.

We must admit that because it is the first time in a long time we have prepared such a questionnaire, we may have gotten carried away! We are thus aware that it is lengthy, so please feel free to answer only the questions that you find most interesting or relevant to you. Please also don't hesitate to distribute this questionnaire amongst your team members: the more feedback we have, the more we will be able to identify the general needs of our users.

Despite our effort to formulate questions in the most straightforward manner, some may remain unclear. Please contact us if this is the case.
