The Poster Session will take place on Tuesday 9 February (17:00 - 19:30) and will be integrated with two Poster Clip Sessions which will take place during the plenary meeting.

A limited number of oral poster clips (each of 2 minutes) will be accepted.

Participants submitting a poster must indicate in their registration form if they wish to participate in the Poster Clip Session: the selection of the posters will be made on a "first come, first served" basis and selected participants will be informed by Friday 29 January to prepare their contribution:

  • maximum of 3 slides
  • without animation
  • for a presentation of 2 minutes / poster clip

A Best Poster Prize will be awarded within the plenary session of the User Meeting.

Chair: Thomas Buslaps (ESRF & User Organisation)
