Main tasks:

  • delivery of Safety Approval Forms
  • general assistance to beamline users
  • initial diagnosis and first-level troubleshooting in case of breakdowns on beamlines
  • supply of liquid helium dewars for beamlines
  • emergency response (first aid, fire alarms, etc.) in coordination with the ESRF control Room
  • troubleshooting access badge problems
  • access to mechanical workshops
  • access to main stores outside of working hours
