The registration fee includes the accommodation in the guesthouse on site, the lunches, coffee breaks and aperitifs and one social dinner in town.
The other evening meals and all travel expenses are not paid for by the ESRF.

Opening hours of the guesthouse reception:
 Sunday 22 March from 14:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday 7:00 to 18:00, Saturday 28 March from 7:00 to 12:00
if you arrive outside the opening hours you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

 

Meals

Please note that the restaurant on site is closed on Sunday, 22th March.
Lunches are taken at the ESRF/ILL common restaurant on site.
The participants will have to wear their school badge and to show it to the cashier.
After the evening lectures on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday poster sessions with aperitif will be organized. The dinners on these days are at your own charge.

Take tram B from Oxford (former “Presqu’ile”) to Notre-Dame-Musée (10th stop). Trams go every 4 minutes. Travel time is about 19 minutes.
