  • There will be a poster presentation in the form of mini clips at the ESRF on Monday 5th October afternoon. 
    We ask all poster presenters to prepare max 2 slides (powerpoint) to be shown, and send it to us by 30 September at the latest.
  • The posters will be displayed in the Grand Hotel de Paris during all the duration of the conference and Tuesday 6th October evening will be dedicated to the poster session.

Important

  • please follow carefully the instructions given in the template
  • submit a maximum of 3 posters
  • Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.
