HST_MASTER

   

The ``master'' program is interactive and uses a ``graphical user interface'' (GUI)  to allow the user with little knowledge of Unix or Windows systems to find and display the appropriate files. (The user will nevertheless need to know which are the relevant files, and in which directories they are to be found, and a small amount of other information which must be known or supplied by the ``local contact''.)
