Selection the Parameter Output File

Finally the file to contain the output parameters is selected:

Here you can used the file selection utility to select the output directory, but you are likely to need to enter the name of the parameter file from the keyboard (unless you want to over-write an existing file). You may enter any file name and extension, but I recommend using a standard file extension  . so that the purpose is clear e.g. par.

On Windows systems  you can associate hst_slave with a file extension so that you can click on the parameter file to run hst_slave directly using that parameter file.
