Health coverage

The ESRF aims to contribute to the overall health and security of its workforce. It provides comprehensive health insurance coverage, benefiting both our employees and their families.

Relocation allowances

The ESRF is engaged in facilitating its new talents’ arrival. Candidates who would need to move to take up a position at the ESRF can benefit from a range of advantageous relocation allowances. This package depends on the contract they are recruited for, as well as their personal and family situation.

Family allowance

In order to recognize the financial responsibilities that come with supporting a family, an allowance is provided to our team members with family responsibilities.

Seniority allowance

At ESRF, we highly value the dedication and commitment of our employees. To recognize and reward their long-term contributions to our organization, we offer a seniority bonus, paid in addition to their salary.

Teleworking

ESRF provides the option for remote work, subject to specific conditions and compliance with our existing policies. This offers our employees enhanced flexibility in their work arrangements.

Contribution to public transport costs

At the ESRF, we actively promote sustainable transportation methods by covering 70% of our employees' public transport subscription costs. Our aim is to encourage the use of eco-friendly commuting modes, including carpooling, cycling, walking, and electric vehicles.

Paid leave

At the ESRF, our employees’ well-being is a priority. Along with a minimum of 26 days of paid holiday (full time equivalent), our employees enjoy a full 40-hour workweek compensated by a time-recovery system, providing them with 28 days off (full-time equivalent). Moreover, a time-saving account can be used for enhanced flexibility.

Works committee

The ESRF's works committee is particularly active for employees and their families. It proposes social and cultural benefits, offering tailor-made activities, trips and subsidies.

Company restaurant

On the EPN campus, our employees can take their meals at the common restaurant or sandwich shop, which features local and organic products. The ESRF covers part of its employees’ meals costs.

Electric vehicle charging stations

Located on the EPN campus, these stations allow our employees to charge their electric vehicles while at work, promoting the use of eco-friendly transportation methods.
