We plan to develop Radia in a number of directions such as:

 

  • CPU-time effective computation of the angular and spectral characteristics of the Synchrotron Radiation emitted by an electron beam in a magnetic field of arbitrary configuration.
  • Increasing the library of shapes for the objects producing magnetic field.
  • Accelerating the magnetic field computation and reducing the memory requirements.
  • Improving the magnetic field computation method inside subdivided objects and close to their surfaces.

As usual, these developments will depend upon the support that we can obtain...
