TANGO Device Server

Introduction:

2 modes (depending on properties):
-Mode Retrig: Generate a single pulse on 8 counters each time a trigger is received.
-Mode Continuous: Generate pulses continuously on 8 counters.

The delay and the width of each pulse is configurable.
